Mentoring Program
Every child needs reassurance, guidance, and support as they navigate through the journey of life transitions. Depending on life events, transitioning from a child to adolescence to a young adult stage can have a direct effect on them achieving their goals and dreams for years to come. 3P Revived, Inc. desires to partner with schools in Hardin and Jefferson County to help with their mentoring efforts. 3PR envisions to expand its outreach by hosting a mentoring program for students in 6th through 12th grade. This program will take place during the academic year at local schools that currently do not have a mentorship program in place.
Adopt-a-Classroom Initiative
Ninety-four percent of American public school teachers reported paying for school supplies out of their own pocket in the 2014-15 school year, according to a Department of Education survey.
We believe every K-12 teacher should have a well-stocked classroom and a healthy learning environment. 3PR will adopt classrooms at our local elementary schools. We will work with K-12th grade teachers to help meet classroom needs by purchasing and collecting donated items such as school supplies, project materials, cleaning supplies, as well as paying for field trips of low-income students.
We will begin with one classroom, but our goal is to have all the classes in Kindergarten through 12th grade adopted. In order to do this, we are seeking to connect donors from the community with a classroom.
